Chris was a choirboy at 10 years old. 15p for a wedding, 7p for a rehearsal.
His first gig for money was at 14 years old, £1.50 for a wedding.
Chris turned professional in 1976, first time abroad In Copenhagen.
He joined pro pop band 1977, then joined ‘The Enid’ in 1980 and stayed there for 8 years. Lots of sessions followed, including one for the Kim Wilde debut album, including ‘Kids In America’.
Chris toured with ‘The Pete Haycock band’ in 1989, and then a cavalcade of bands until he first played with Marmalade in 2013.
